Warranty Policy

All Vulcan Arms products come with a 1-Year No Questions Asked Warranty.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and continues for 12 consecutive months.

2. Warranty Coverage

If your Vulcan Arms product fails or becomes defective for any reason during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
This policy applies to all parts and workmanship, without exception.

3. No Questions Asked

We stand behind our products. Therefore, we do not require any specific explanation of how or why damage occurred.
Our goal is to ensure you have a functioning product that meets your needs.

4. Exclusions

While our policy is “no questions asked,” certain extreme circumstances (such as intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse beyond normal operation) may void the warranty.
However, please contact us first if you have any doubt. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.

5. How to File a Claim

Contact Us: Email or call our Customer Service team at support@vulcanarms.com with your order details (order number, purchase date, and proof of purchase).
Return or Exchange: Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will decide whether to repair or replace the product. Replacement products will be of the same or comparable model and quality.

6. Processing Time

We strive to process all warranty claims promptly. Typical turnaround time is 14 days from receipt of the defective product.

7. Limitations of Liability

Vulcan Arms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
